Banana phone

We were given a task to explore our camera and editing skills. We were given a lesson to film and a lesson to edit. We had to use the song 'banana phone' which is a quirky and fun tune. The different filming tasks we had to include were:

Stop animation- This is where we take a number of photos of a scene while moving the objects very slightly in each photo so once they are all put together and sped up it looks like the objects are actually moving.
Reverse shot- We filmed a shot of Sophie spinning round and throwing off her cardigan and on premiere we reversed the speed which makes it look interesting.
Depth of field- This is where something was in the foreground of the shot and someone walked up to the focus changes.
Split screen- This is where four different shots were filmed and then I edited them to all play on the screen at the same time.
Cloning shot- This is where the camera remains in exactly the same position (on a tripod) to film three different shots of the same person doing different actions in different areas within the shot (right, left and centre)
Tracking shot- This is where the subject you are filming is moving and the camera is moving with it.
Screen within screen- This is where the subject being filmed is also being filmed by a second camera behind the first.
